The process of designing and manufacturing a representation uniform is a complex one, in which a team of specialists in classical design, CAD design and textile modellers collaborate to create a product that best suits the wearer, from a graduate soldier to the general or admiral.

When the need is to equip hundreds or even thousands of employees of defense institutions, the problem becomes even more complicated. Classic CAD design systems and traditional means of allocating sizes no longer cope.

Thus, the adoption of new and more modern solutions is required. This is the case of the APOGY application developed by the team from Gemini Cad Systems from Iași that allows the custom design of a large number of products at the same time.

In July 2021 the technical team of INVICTUS FORCE & SAFE S.A. managed to design the first altered pattern and nest it for cutting for a number of over 100 wearers, which reduces the design time from over a week to less than a day.
